APEX, N.C. (WNCN) — Extra police officers are patrolling an Apex trail after a woman told officials she was followed Friday by a man who she believed had a knife, police said.
The “suspicious incident” happened Friday around 12:30 p.m. at the Apex Community Park Lake Trail, according to an Apex Police Department news release.
