Warm Week Ahead for Raleigh with Sunshine and Occasional Showers, Says National Weather Service

The city of Raleigh can expect a bit of sunshine along with a few clouds as temperatures today are anticipated to hit a pleasant high of around 83 degrees. According to the National Weather Service in Raleigh, the northeast wind will maintain a gentle motion at around 6 to 9 mph. Later tonight, residents should anticipate a shift to partly cloudy skies, with a low settling in at about 63 degrees.

For those planning outdoor activities, the upcoming week seems fairly cooperative, weather-wise. Monday’s forecast indicates a continuation of mostly sunny conditions with a high edging closer to 86 degrees. The evening is expected to follow suit from the previous night – the same northeast wind turning calm after darkness falls, and a low near 66 degrees, per the National Weather Service’s report.

While most of Tuesday should remain partly sunny and warm with highs around 85 degrees, there’s a slight possibility of showers post 2 pm, which carries a 20% chance of precipitation.
