Family, friends mourn Wendell college student who died in Clayton train accident

WENDELL, N.C. (WNCN) — Friends and family are mourning a North Carolina college student from Wendell who died after she was hit by a train in Clayton this week.

EllaRyan “Ell” Marie Miller, 21, of Wendell, died Tuesday afternoon during the collision with an Amtrak train in Clayton, officials said.
