A man is facing charges after police said he was involved in the shooting death of a 26-year-old in Raleigh.
According to the Raleigh Police Department, the shooting happened on June 19 in the 4500 block of Colscott Place. Officers said they found Rakel Olajuwan Kirtz, 26, at the scene with multiple gunshot wounds.
