Raleigh Water will temporarily suspend several services starting Thursday next week for maintenance ahead of a new customer payment portal set to launch in November. Online and phone payments for water, stormwater, and solid waste bills will be unavailable from noon on Thursday next week through August 24. New service requests and financial assistance processing will also be paused, and Walmart locations will not accept payments during this period, as per the City of Raleigh website.
