Raleigh brothers charged after chase by CAT in Roanoke Rapids

On Wednesday September 3, 2025 shortly before 5:00pm; the Community Action Team was conducting a saturation patrol in the area of West Tenth Street in Roanoke Rapids. During the patrol, Sergeant D. Harrison observed a vehicle that nearly collided with another vehicle.

Sergeant D. Harrison initiated a traffic stop but the vehicle attempted to flee at a high rate of speed. During the pursuit, speeds reached 93 mph in a 45 mph zone. The pursuit ending on Robinson Drive where the occupants were taken into custody.

The driver was identified as Bismar Andrade, 22, and the passenger as Adaleberto Andrade, 19, both of Raleigh. Both individuals were arrested and charged…
