Police investigate gunfire near Raleigh Cook Out along Jones Sausage Road near Garner

RALEIGH, N.C. (WNCN) — Crime scene tape and evidence markers near a southeast Raleigh Cook Out restaurant on Saturday afternoon were from gunshots fired that did not cause any injuries, police said.

The gunfire was reported around 4:55 p.m. near the Cook Out at 4001 Jones Sausage Road, according to the Raleigh Police Department.

Several Raleigh police officers were also seen next door at the FleetPride business, which is a supplier of heavy-duty truck & trailer parts…
