2 Apex men charged in eastern North Carolina shooting, Washington police say

WASHINGTON, N.C. (WNCT) — Two Apex men were arrested following a shooting Sunday night in Washington, police said.

The suspects were apprehended after officers initiated a traffic stop on a vehicle matching the description of the one involved in the shooting, according to the Washington Police Department.

Police said they identified the suspects as 20-year-old Kahlil O’Badiyah Rogers and 19-year-old Shakur Warren, both of Apex. They are both charged with assault with a deadly weapon with intent to kill inflicting serious injury…
