Authorities in Raleigh, North Carolina, rescued 101 dogs from a horrific puppy mill where animals were allegedly crammed into filthy crates, left in their own waste, and suffering with painfully matted fur. Many had no blankets, toys, or comfort of any kind. Puppy mills like this are nothing more than profit-driven cruelty.
