A serious crash occurred Friday morning at the intersection of Western Boulevard and Blue Ridge Road in Raleigh.
The ramp on Exit 2 (Western Boulevard), according to NCDOT, was closed for several hours.
ABC11 Eyewitness News was on the scene, reporting downed powerlines and toppled stoplights.
