A serious crash shut down a busy intersection in Northeast Raleigh.
It happened around 2:30 a.m. at E. Millbrook and Hargrove roads. Authorities found a car had crashed through a fence into nearby woods.
The driver and two passengers were taken to a hospital with non-life-threatening injuries…
