Two arrests were made in connection with a shooting that happened early Sunday morning outside a Raleigh gas station.
Gabriel Hester, 20, faces charges of assault with a deadly weapon inflicting serious injury, four counts of discharging a firearm into an occupied vehicle, and discharging a firearm within city limits. Kemarcus Bryant, 24, faces the same charges, along with possession of a firearm by a felon.
