New details on a Garner public adjuster at the center of an ABC11 Troubleshooter investigation. That public adjuster, Tyler Englin, was arrested in Johnston County and charged with felony embezzlement.
The North Carolina Department of Insurance accuses Englin, owner of TDE Claims LLC, of embezzling more than $133,000 from a client.
