RapidScale, a Raleigh-based software company, is adding more downtown office space as it prepares to fill another 100 positions in the coming months.
Why it matters: It’s another welcome sign for the downtown Raleigh office market, which is still recovering from the pandemic and a shift to hybrid work.
- RapidScale will fill a floor in the Bloc83 tower at 621 Hillsborough St., a space that had recently been vacated by fellow tech company ShareFile.
- Other notable office leases this year include BuildOps’ lease at The Creamery building and LNW Gaming in the One Glenwood building.
