RALEIGH, N.C. (WNCT) — UPDATE: All NCDMV Driver License offices are now fully operational and serving customers. Online services are also available at NCDMC.gov.
All NCDMV driver license offices are temporarily unable to process transactions due to an outage with the National Driver Register (NDR). This is a federal database that retrieves driver information from other states. The outage is affecting the verification of that data.
