RALEIGH, N.C. (WNCN) — The North Carolina Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services, Veterinary Division is penalizing the Wake County Animal Center over what the agency says are several violations.
The penalty is $1,400, which the county must pay within sixty days, or it can file a petition.
