3 charged with shooting into occupied home, recording studio in Wake County: Warrants

WILLOW SPRING, N.C. (WNCN) — Two Wake County teenagers were arrested Friday after shots were fired into two occupied buildings in a Willow Spring neighborhood last month, warrants show.

Rico Jaemison Owens of Raleigh and Trevon Dwight Taylor of Knightdale, both 19, are accused of shooting into a home and a recording studio in the 8100 block of Springwind Drive on Oct. 16. One person was inside the home, and three others were inside the recording studio when the shots were fired, according to warrants filed by the Wake County Sheriff’s Office.

According to the warrants, Owens and Taylor are also accused of conspiring to kill two individuals who were not in either building during the incident…
