‘Antisocial mayhem’: Masked gunman in lavender Crocs found guilty of Zebulon 2024 bank robbery, feds say

RALEIGH, N.C. (WNCN) — A gun-wielding, lavender Croc-sporting masked bank robber was found guilty in a federal trial of a 2024 heist of a Zebulon financial institution, a U.S. Attorney said Wednesday.

Victor Antwan Perez, 24, of Wendell, will face at least seven years in prison for the Feb. 7, 2024, robbery of the PNC Bank in Zebulon, a United States Attorney’s Office news release said.

A “violent criminal waiving a gun while wearing a mask” terrorized everyone in the Zebulon bank with “antisocial mayhem,” the release said…
