DURHAM, N.C. (WNCN) — An early Saturday morning shooting in north Durham has left a man hospitalized in critical condition.
According to the Durham Police Department, an off-duty officer was approached by a man with multiple gunshot wounds around 3:15 a.m. on the 2100 block of North Roxboro Street.
Upon further investigation by police, the victim told officers that he was in his car near the intersection of Avondale Drive and Foushee Street when an unknown person in another vehicle pulled up and started shooting.
