Some in the Triangle woke up Tuesday, Dec. 9 to white snow coating the ground.
The thickness of that coating varies. In some places, it’s only a trace. And because precipitation fell over many areas Monday, Dec. 8, black ice and slippery roads are the main weather concerns. Several Triangle school systems are delayed or closed again Tuesday.
