A Rocky Mount man faces new charges, including murder, in a deadly August crash in Wake County, court records show.
Davon Montreal King, 24, was initially charged with misdemeanor death by vehicle, reckless driving with wanton disregard, driving with a revoked license and failure to maintain lane control in the crash, according to court documents.
