Mifflinburg, Pa. — A 42-year-old man accused of “jackpotting” and stealing more than $100,000 from ATMs in north central Pa. was extradited and arraigned Tuesday in Union County.
Antoni Jesus Garcia-Cordoba, of Raleigh, NC was extradited from Boone County in Missouri and was arraigned on Dec. 16 in front of District Judge Jeffrey Mensch, according to Pennsylvania State Police. Garcia-Cordoba was committed to Union County Prison in lieu of $100,000 bail on felony charges of corrupt organizations and theft by unlawful taking.
On Nov. 26, police in Columbia, Missouri, took Garcia-Cordoba into custody after receiving a tip from law enforcement. Garcia-Cordoba had been staying at a short-term rental when police in Columbia located him. A warrant for Garcia-Cordoba’s arrest had been issued out of Union County…
