RALEIGH, N.C. (WNCN) — As shoppers in central North Carolina entered the final weekend before Christmas, police in Raleigh reported vehicle traffic congestion and problems around shopping areas late Saturday morning and early afternoon.
In less than two hours before 1 p.m. Saturday, the Raleigh Police Department reported 13 vehicle crashes, most without any injuries.
