FOUR OAKS — A man wanted on a felony charge for nine years was taken into custody last week after authorities located him at a Four Oaks residence.
Jesuse Guadalupe Zul, 27, whose most recent address was on Cove Lane, Four Oaks was arrested on December 12.
According to the Johnston County Sheriff’s Office, the case dates back to June 2016 when a juvenile victim reported that Zul, who was living in Smithfield at the time, allegedly shared a sexually explicit video of the victim with several individuals…
