The Wake County Sheriff’s Office has arrested and charged a woman in connection with an ongoing fraud investigation.
Following a months-long investigation, the Wake County Sheriff’s Office identified an additional suspect allegedly responsible for stealing victims’ identities to assist in creating fraudulent Duke Energy accounts.
