A Rocky Mount man has been hospitalized after exchanging gunfire with police officers in the busy northwestern part of the city Friday afternoon.
According to police, Willie McGee Jr. is going to be facing charges for an armed holdup of a bank earlier in the day in Zebulon that preceded Friday’s shootout.
