Durham Police are investigating after a shooting left one person dead and another seriously injured Sunday night.
It happened about 9:05 p.m. in the 3500 block of Hillsborough Road. Police said a 2024 Chevy Malibu was heading west on Hillsborough Road when a second vehicle approached it on its right passenger side. Someone in that vehicle began shooting at the Malibu.
