Police in North Carolina investigating a 22-year-old cold case are hopeful the public can help solve it.
On Jan. 6, 2004, 16-year-old Joshua Davis was struck and killed on the side of a Garner road. At one point, the conclusion was that Davis died as a result of a hit-and-run accident.
