Lake Lynn Community Center in Raleigh Launches Energetic Zumba Classes

Lake Lynn Community Center is starting Zumba classes this week. Led by experienced instructor Tanessa Barlow, the high-energy sessions combine dance and exercise to get participants moving. According to the recent post on the city’s official website, “No prior dance experience or background necessary.”

Barlow’s classes are an open invitation to move and groove away the day’s stresses without the intimidation that often comes with dance classes.
