SMITHFIELD — Johnston County residents may cast ballots early for the March 3 federal primary election.
Early voting will be held from Feb. 12–28. Voting sites will be open from 8 a.m. to 7:30 p.m. Monday through Friday and from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. Saturday, Feb. 28.
