New details have emerged in a Troubleshooter investigation into a Raleigh company accused of taking thousands of dollars for all-seasons sunrooms and failing to complete-or even start the work.
More homeowners are now coming forward, saying the same company took large deposits, left projects unfinished, and has yet to issue refunds. Now, those customers say they want their money back and accountability.
Cary homeowners Leann Simpson-Tarokh and her husband, Saeed, wanted to convert their back porch into an all-seasons sunroom.
