Raleigh, North Carolina – North Carolina faces a 20% to 70% chance of winter storm impacts this weekend, with the highest probabilities concentrated across eastern and coastal areas, as a developing coastal storm moves northward along the East Coast between 7 p.m. Friday and 7 p.m. Monday.
