Darden Restaurants Inc., which had previously said it was going to sell or convert the remaining 28 locations of Bahama Breeze, said on Tuesday that it was going to close half of them outright and convert the others to another one of its restaurant concept.
It said the restaurants targeted for closure will operate until April 4.
