RALEIGH, N.C. (WNCN) — Emergency crews worked to clear a single-vehicle crash that occurred late Sunday morning just outside northwest Raleigh.
According to the North Carolina State Highway Patrol, a car was traveling at a high rate of speed around 10 a.m. on Ebenezer Church Road.
