A Raleigh woman, Patricia Hernandez, 33, has been charged with obstruction of justice and related offenses in connection with events following an October shooting on New Bern Avenue that left a man dead. Hernandez was processed on the new charges Monday and appeared in Wake County court Tuesday, where she posted a $10,000 bond. She is scheduled to return to court in March.
