A Durham woman accused of murdering one of her young children and attempting to kill another missed her first court appearance due to a medical emergency.
Andrea Faust, 41, was supposed to face a judge after Durham police say they found her two small children unresponsive on Thursday.
Faust is charged with one count of first-degree murder and one count of attempted first-degree murder.
