Raleigh nonprofit building ‘not operable’ after fire Sunday morning on Rock Quarry Road, officials say

RALEIGH, N.C. (WNCN) — The founder of a popular nonprofit and band is asking for the public’s help after a fire ripped through their building early Sunday morning in Raleigh.

According to the Raleigh Fire Department, crews were called around 6:45 a.m. to 623 Rock Quarry Road.

Upon arrival, crews called on more engines and police to help put out flames at the Helping Hand Mission building…
