WAKE COUNTY — A Wake County grand jury returned a true bill of indictment on Feb. 23 for an Ashe County business owner.
Alan Joseph Goodman, 44, of Raleigh, is facing multiple counts of second-degree sexual exploitation of a minor, stemming from a November 2024 offense, according to court documents.
