Traffic was backed up on U.S. 401 North in northeast Raleigh Tuesday morning after a crash involving a school bus and at least two other vehicles.
The wreck happened near the intersection of 401 and Ligon Mill Road, an area currently undergoing significant construction with a diverted traffic pattern.
When ABC11 crews arrived on scene, two cars could be seen with heavy damage after colliding into the side of a short, white bus marked “Student Transportation of America.”…
