Raleigh’s housing market is seeing one of the biggest slowdowns in the country, ranking third nationwide for the largest increase in days on market, according to a new report from RE/MAX.
Homes in the Raleigh area averaged 68 days on the market, the report found — a jump of more than 30% compared to last year. RE/MAX also reported that home sales dipped 3.7% year over year, while prices continued to climb, rising 2%.
