Richmond-based Big Kitchen Hospitality is lining up a second Raleigh restaurant, zeroing in on GlenLake Office Park just up the hill from Crabtree Valley Mall. If the deal sticks, the group’s Granite Grill concept will slide into a busy office-and-retail stretch that has seen its fair share of tenant shuffles and fresh arrivals.
According to Triangle Business Journal, the hospitality group is targeting space inside GlenLake for the new Granite Grill. The outlet notes it would mark the company’s second restaurant in Raleigh.
Big Kitchen Hospitality already runs local brands such as Tazza Kitchen and Conejo, and it recently debuted The Granite Grill & Bar in Richmond’s Bon Air neighborhood.
