RALEIGH, NC – Community members, faith leaders, and advocates will gather in Raleigh for a Moral Monday event aimed at addressing some of the nation’s most urgent challenges—from systemic poverty to the war economy—while calling for a renewed focus on justice and shared humanity.
Event Details and Purpose
The event, organized in partnership with Repairers of the Breach, will take place on Monday, April 20 at 5:30 p.m. outside Senator Thom Tillis’ office, located at 310 New Bern Avenue in Raleigh.
Participants will gather in public witness to speak out against:
- Systemic poverty and economic inequality
- Policy-driven violence and the war economy
- Barriers to healthcare and environmental justice
