Lifetime Living plans to break ground soon on a luxury fitness club and residential tower in Raleigh.
The Triangle Business Journal reports that Dewitt Carolinas’ Exchange Raleigh will be the site of an 18-story mixed-use building at 1110 Oculus Drive, with residential units on floors four and above and amenities on levels one through four, including a pool deck on the fourth level.
The building encompasses 632,672 square feet with 241 residential units, a health club and a restaurant and bar and cost $107 million to build. The Life Time club will span three levels and 80,000 square feet and include a 35,000-square-foot beach club on the roof…
