Through the years, NC State’s had several outstanding kickers — and the Wolfpack would love Holly Springs (N.C.) standout Moses Barker to be one of the next in its long line of elite specialists.
The 6-foot-1, 175-pound Barker, who was offered by the Pack last week, was thrilled when he got the news from State. In fact, Barker went ahead and locked in his official visit. He’ll be back on campus next month.
“It really changes a lot because I’ve always wanted to stay home and be close to my family,” Barker said. “That was one of my top schools to get (an offer) and now I have the official visit June 12. It will be cool to learn more about the program and spend time with the coaches.”…
