Daughter’s Soft Serve, a new chef-driven soft serve shop from the owners of Bellow Butcher Co., will officially celebrate its Grand Opening on Saturday, May 23, from 12 p.m. to 8 p.m. in downtown Wendell.
Opened by husband-and-wife team Lauren and Chris Gass just six months after launching Bellow Butcher Co., Daughter’s Soft Serve brings a playful, chef-driven approach to classic ice cream shop favorites. Inspired by the couple’s two young daughters, the shop was created as a family-friendly space centered around nostalgia, hospitality, and community.
Located next door to Bellow Butcher Co. on Main Street, Daughter’s features traditional and dairy-free soft serve with handcrafted hard shell dips like blueberry, dark chocolate, and clarified butter, signature cores including brownie batter and dulce de leche, and toppings ranging from classic sprinkles and candies to more unexpected additions like maple flakes, fried peanuts, and chili crunch…
