Washington Terrace is set to add 166 income-restricted family apartments as developer DHIC, Inc. moves its Fisher Grove project closer to a construction start—with Wake County’s environmental review now complete.

Wake County’s environmental review record shows a Finding of No Significant Impact for the project at 401 Elders Grove Way, clearing the path toward a formal request for the release of federal funds.
