The median home sale price in Reno-Sparks reached new heights as existing single-family housing inventory continued its downward slide.
Reno-Sparks reported a median home price of $635,000 in May, according to the latest data from Sierra Nevada Realtors. The data is limited to existing, stick-built single-family homes and does not include townhomes, condominiums, modular housing and new homes.
