Northern Nevada Health System welcomes two new chief operating officers. John P. Manfredo has been named COO at Sierra Medical Center in Reno, and Antony Sebastian has been named COO at Northern Nevada Medical Center in Sparks.
Manfredo will oversee daily operations at Sierra Medical Center, advancing strategic initiatives focused on quality, patient experience, and efficiency. He brings nearly two decades of progressive healthcare leadership, most recently serving as COO at Norman Regional Health System in Norman, Oklahoma, where he oversaw operations across three public trust hospitals totaling 387 licensed beds, more than 4,000 employees, and over 500 providers.
Sebastian joins the 40-plus year history established at Northern Nevada Medical Center and will focus on building upon the hospital’s top-ranking performance including developing core services, enhancing patient experience initiatives and managing business operations.
