RENO, Nev. (KOLO) – 7:25 P.M. UPDATE: Forward progress has been stopped on the fire near Mayberry Park, according to the Reno Fire Department. Mop-up operations are now underway.
Truckee Meadows Fire said the fire in Cold Springs has been contained. It started in vegetation and spread to nearby vehicles and outbuildings. A nearby home was saved. No injuries are reported and no people are displaced.
