Golden Valley Road will close to through traffic beneath U.S. 395 for several nights this week as crews prepare for bridge-widening work in the North Valleys.
The closure will affect Golden Valley Road between North Hills Boulevard and North Virginia Street from 9 p.m. to 5 a.m. nightly, beginning the evening of August 17 and continuing through the morning of August 22. The road will remain open during daytime hours.
The U.S. 395 and Golden Valley freeway ramps will remain open, although the northbound U.S. 395 off-ramp to Golden Valley Road will face intermittent overnight closures. Detours will be available…
